add the abilty to attached pdfs to a signal, and be able to retrive them from the status window.
This ability would allow a signal plan to be accessed from Centracs to help efficiently diagnose issues.

The ability to see to attach PDFs to a signal and be able to retrieve them from the status window was added in Centracs 2.0.1 and released on April 7, 2016. It is undergoing Beta testing currently.
