Create the ability to copy a traffic responsive algorithm. Often there are minor small changes in an algorithm at various times of the day. Currently without a copy feature you need to rebuild the entire algorithm when the only change you want to make may be at a single intersection. For example adaptive has problems with shift change where it has reduced a split and then cannot recover when a local shift lets out. To remove that phase from adaptive control at a specified time i need to reproduce the entire algorithm for the rest of the zone. a copy feature would allow this minor change to be extremely quickly and give more flexibility to centracs adaptive
