Add a copy function to the signal editor so timing plans and detector plans can be copied and pasted to create a second plan.
usually if I am using a second detector plan or timing plan it is one phase that may have a small change or one detector may have a small change, and I will have to type the whole plan 1 again just to change one or two numbers. with a copy function I can copy plan 1 to plan 2 and make that small change without worrying if I missed something. it will also save time.

The ability to copy timing plans and detector plans has been added to the database editor in Centracs 2.0.1 and released on April 7, 2016. The database editor in 2.0 now offers copy/paste of tables to and from Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, an ability to create controller templates for later use, and even more copy/paste ease of use functions have been added. It is undergoing Beta testing currently.

I'm not up on how the new editor will be designed. Another copy function that would be helpful is a global change. If I have a policy change that requires the modification of one or a few parameters, like preempt fault type or detector monitoring, it would be nice if the editor could implement the change to from one to all other signal databases.

I would also like to add all copy features that exist in the controller on MM 8-1 (coord plans, LP, PMTs, ect).
