Show programmed Max times in Intersection display during Free operations
During Free operations, the "Programmed" time shows "Data Unavailable for Current Pattern". Please show the programmed max times

This feature was added to Centracs in the 1.11.16 version. In order for the programmed max times to show up, the user must perform a database editor save if they have not after Centracs was upgraded to 1.11.16.
