Add the ability to view Status Displays (Controller, Coordinator, Detector, etc.) in Centracs

So you know exactly what the controller is doing.

The ability to see the ASC3 remote front panel was added in Centracs 2.0.1 and released on April 7, 2016. The front panel will allow customers to see all the status displays. It is undergoing Beta testing currently.
