Be a better way to filter intersection out of the alert list.

I believe the only way to do this now is to add every intersection you have and leave out the one you dont want to get alerts from. it would be nice if that were the other way around.

    For example, if i have a signal that keeps loosing com then regains com i get alerts every time that happens. it would be nice to remove just that signal from the alert list until the problem is fixed. i also have a test signal in our shop that we turn on and off and put in and out of flash alot, i dont need it to alert me.
