In the signal status display, explicitly show omitted phases
The Signal status window will show the phase has zero program time for the omitted phases but there are no other indicators for it being an omitted phase and stays red.
Customer has asked for enhancement so it doesn’t show the last known actual green time and instead shows omitted.
