Allow MMS tickets to be created after the event, with dates and times entered in the past.
This would be especially helpful for tasks when mobile connectivity is not available for field techs to complete on site tickets, as well as during very active periods of storm response when multiple calls occur within a short time period. Past time entry of report, TOA and TOD can then be accurately noted later, when reports are completed.
Thank you for your suggestion. We have now added the ability to edit the Call and Dispatch data and time. This will be released in version 2.1.3.
