Stop use of HTML5 application cache or implement https to overcome browser limitations
HTML5 application cache is a web standard that has been dropped across all version of modern browsers, which is limiting our ability to use the mmswebsite without forcing firefox to remain on an old version.

According to Mozilla the use of HTTPS would overcome this limitation.
