if an additional plans are added to the day plan the only way it seems to keep them in order is to re-do the order manually. it would be nice to be able to add a plan and just hit sort to place it in it's proper position by TOD

Allow scripts for Alerts & Events
Our intersections have Gridsmart detectors, these use fisheye cameras and Gridsmart has an extensive library of APIs that can be called with a simple powershell script. I'd like to be able to have a cabinet door opened event trigger a script that will download the current view from the cameras at the intersection.
I feel a script feature would be useful for many other applications to, allowing for certain events to trigger other outside actions.

Support WMTS
Currently only WMS is supported. We only have access to the WMTS protocol which is not configurable in Centracs.

Allow adding users and access codes to Cobalts through Centracs (preferably simultaneously).
Such a pain to remote to the front face or physically go to all intersections to add or remove security access every time there is a new employee or someone leaves.

Be a better way to filter intersection out of the alert list.
I believe the only way to do this now is to add every intersection you have and leave out the one you dont want to get alerts from. it would be nice if that were the other way around.

When an alert has been "Acknowledged," input a time stamp along with the user whom acknowledged that alert.

Increase the number of alarms from 16 to 32.
Currently the Cobalt/Centracs system supports only 16 alarms. We would like to see 32 alarms.

When a user selects the Traffic Algorithm corridor (Marine Blvd) to make changes to the pattern matrix , that corridor would automatically selected since it was selected in the previous screen. Currently, it defaults to the top of that list.

Show phase minimum times in the coordination pattern menu in the database editor
Instead of getting a warning in the ASC/3 consistency check that lists the coordination patterns where one or more of the phase splits is less than the minimum phase time for one of your timing plans (and not specifying which phases or timing plans), just have a field in the database editor in the coordination pattern data that automatically calculates the phase minimum times based on the selected timing plan.

Disable offline sms/email ack, close alerts when escalation is not enabled.
A single conflict flash alert sends three sms msgs, alert, ack, and close. I only need one alert. If a technician ack's 50 alerts I can't use my iPhone until they all arrive. I could disable iPhone sms notifications which limits the value of this Centracs feature.
Please disable offline sms/email ack and close alerts when escalation is not enabled or provide a checkbox to disable escalating alerts.

Allow the Db Editor to export a data file.
The Technician group, application role is currently configured to prevent the command "File, Store Controller In Database". Unfortunately this configuration also prevents the Technician group from performing a File, Export Data File from the DB Editor even though it doesn't save to the Centracs database. The latter needs to be separated from the former as a matter of permissions.

Give more granular control to the Archive and Purge function for logs
Currently you can only archive or purge "before" a certain date. It would be better if you would allow us to choose a range of dates for each archive and purge. It would also be nice if we could archive/purge based on tables we (the user) choose.

add ability to attached files(pdf, photo, ...ect) to the MMS Tickets
when we create new ticket for any faults , failures or work order and we have some guidance files or photos and we need to attach it with the ticket as a reference

SSRS Architecture
Refactor security to have ability to use a SQL login or Active Directory service account instead of needed Windows server accounts and IIS. Also for report design, put the image files right in the same folder structure as the reports. Perhaps Centracs Reports is parent, then Data sources is one child folder and Images another. See VStudio packages for example/s. Thanks.

Create a dedicated detector dialog for assessing whether detectors are functioning properly
Add the means to show a table of detectors with active actuation. Include last actuation time, any alarms or faults, and any other useful diagnostic information. Add the ability to set a call and recall.
