SSRS Architecture
Refactor security to have ability to use a SQL login or Active Directory service account instead of needed Windows server accounts and IIS. Also for report design, put the image files right in the same folder structure as the reports. Perhaps Centracs Reports is parent, then Data sources is one child folder and Images another. See VStudio packages for example/s. Thanks.

Allow fields in PM Checklists to trigger alerts.
When techs make a comment or do/don't check boxes in a PM checklist the only way to review these is to manually go into the checklist. It would be useful for a certain PM checklist item to trigger some type of alert of action needed.

Split Monitor - fix graph and data in data table
Graph does not include the 'Actual' Red time.
Graph shows Programmed Yellow and Actual Yellow of different values for the same phase. These should be identical.
Data table includes 3sec for phases that were skipped. Should show 0
Data table split values do not include Red time which misrepresents actual split usage.
Data table actual Cycle does not equal actual splits (may be caused by previous two statements).

Split Monitor - Coord Pattern selections all have 'Offset 1' shown
What happens if you use Coord Pattern 1-1 and (plan 1-offset 1) and Coord Pattern 1-3 (plan 1-offset 3)?
Could the Coord Pattern List be populated with patterns that actually ran during the time period selected instead of every pattern that has a cycle length value programmed?

Report Filters - Entity Selection in numerical order
At some point, the Entity Selection window in all of the reports changed from numerical order to the order of the entities in the Entity Tree. It is much more difficult to find specific Entity numbers by scrolling. You can use the search tool to find a single specific number, but takes more time to find multiple entities. Scrolling and selecting is easier/faster than typing a number, selecting, typing another number, holding Ctrl, selecting, etc...

Database Editor- Comparisons- Compare List;
Correct terminology from "current" & "database" to "controller" & "system" (central) to be consistent with the normal terminology. Also, highlight the values in this Compare List in "yellow" to match those same highlighted values above in the database window.

alert options
We have some alerts set to let us know after 5 minutes. We have the same alert to let us know if the same alert clears. The problem is we get several alerts that cleared, but the alerts were never sent to us since it cleared under 5 minutes. I would think there should be a flag, or logic command to only let us know alerts clear only after the same alert was set.

add ability to attached files(pdf, photo, ...ect) to the MMS Tickets
when we create new ticket for any faults , failures or work order and we have some guidance files or photos and we need to attach it with the ticket as a reference

Allow distance between intersections be pulled into time space field.
Instead of having to manually measure with a third party app, Centracs should be able to populate the distance between intersections based off the map data when we add an intersection. Then we you add those intersections into a time space option can fill in that value.

Stop having close workorder button in centracs desktop app not go anywhere
When you click the close button on the ticket list, in the centracs desktop app, and key in the reason for closing, this information seems to go nowhere.

v2.1.11.6 Enlarge default Report Filter window
The filter window must be resized in all reports to make selections and view the reports. This changed from v.2.0 to v2.1. The filter window should be sized to meet the needs of each report without user having to resize just to complete the filter requirements.

When a user selects the Traffic Algorithm corridor (Marine Blvd) to make changes to the pattern matrix , that corridor would automatically selected since it was selected in the previous screen. Currently, it defaults to the top of that list.

Pedestrian service shows a vehicle phase max-out (ped time > veh max time). Please display "P" instead of "M" in these cases.
