Allow the Db Editor to export a data file.
The Technician group, application role is currently configured to prevent the command "File, Store Controller In Database". Unfortunately this configuration also prevents the Technician group from performing a File, Export Data File from the DB Editor even though it doesn't save to the Centracs database. The latter needs to be separated from the former as a matter of permissions.

Allow custom tile provider
Allow end user to provide url for tile service..ex https://agency.local/${z}/${x}/${y}.png instead of the precanned providers such as google,bing and openstreetmaps. This would allow for greater flexability incase any of those providers are down and even allow for the agency to create there own offline tile service which is not dependent on internet access.

Allow exception / holiday days to be used in the scheduler as the active days.
Instead of having a scheduled event NOT run during exception/holiday days, I need the scheduled event to run on those days. Since users can group multiple days in the Exception/Holiday days event, it would be useful to be able to create and activate events during the holidays. Example: If a user creates an exception event for all fixed holidays during the year, it would be useful to be able to use that exception event for calling special patterns for those days with one scheduled event, instead of programming one for each holiday.

Increase the number of alarms from 16 to 32.
Currently the Cobalt/Centracs system supports only 16 alarms. We would like to see 32 alarms.

In the signal status display, explicitly show omitted phases
The Signal status window will show the phase has zero program time for the omitted phases but there are no other indicators for it being an omitted phase and stays red.

Add Font controls to Notes
Add font control to Notes, currently with the two themes the notes are either light grey on the light theme or dark grey with the dark theme. Notes made in one theme then viewed by users in another have poor visability to read them. Users currently have to copy and paste into Word to do highlights, change color, underline, or Bold then copy and paste back into notes to get the desired note. Include scripting to check a users theme and invert Note font colors if nessisary.

Allow the parsing of an XML file for inputs used in Action Sets.
For example, Centracs would monitor an XML feed from the National Weather Service (https://alerts.weather.gov/) to apply Manual Commands in response to certain weather advisories. Changing timing plans or applying phase recalls during snow, fog, etc. would be a very powerful feature.

When using search bar in the entity tree, populate the query as you type and not wait until the entire string is entered
When using the search function, it would be nice to have results show up when you enter in portions of the name of the intersection you are searching for. Some of the intersections we have rather long names.

Allow adding users and access codes to Cobalts through Centracs (preferably simultaneously).
Such a pain to remote to the front face or physically go to all intersections to add or remove security access every time there is a new employee or someone leaves.

Show pedestrian countdown timers on status screen
Show running ped countdown for each ped signal. Useful when running lead-lag patterns.

Enhance the alert list
Add more detail to the information found in the alert lists to assist with troubleshooting. For example, when receiving Comm Failure notifications, it would be handy to know at a glance how far below the threshold the comm status dropped and for how long it lasted.

Change "Bad" to "Poor"
Alerts and events logged typically have an adjective to denote the quality of an aspect of the system. For example, when communication decreases, an alert may display as "Communication Bad". Would it be possible to change this to "Communication Poor?" This should also apply to other alerts--"Bad" should be "Poor."

Savable Print Templates
When printing make all the check box selections savable to a template. This would allow an user to selct that print template when printing timing sheets and not have to go through all the selections every time. EX: I could make a "3 timing plan, 8 phase, no overlap" template and use that when printing normal 8-phase quad intersections.

Keep open container dialogs in front
So that an intersection can be opened from the entitiy tree or map without hiding all already open container dialogs behind Centracs homescreen view.

Allow distance between intersections be pulled into time space field.
Instead of having to manually measure with a third party app, Centracs should be able to populate the distance between intersections based off the map data when we add an intersection. Then we you add those intersections into a time space option can fill in that value.

When you click the close button on the ticket list, in the centracs desktop app, and key in the reason for closing, this information seems to go nowhere.
