Add Suitcase display to front panel
On the EOS web interface, there is a live suitcase view of active input/outputs. Being able to turn this on and off in centracs would be a welcome feature.

SSRS Architecture
Refactor security to have ability to use a SQL login or Active Directory service account instead of needed Windows server accounts and IIS. Also for report design, put the image files right in the same folder structure as the reports. Perhaps Centracs Reports is parent, then Data sources is one child folder and Images another. See VStudio packages for example/s. Thanks.

add ability to attached files(pdf, photo, ...ect) to the MMS Tickets
when we create new ticket for any faults , failures or work order and we have some guidance files or photos and we need to attach it with the ticket as a reference

When in effect, show running dynamic max in cyan color in the prog row on status screen

Allow fields in PM Checklists to trigger alerts.
When techs make a comment or do/don't check boxes in a PM checklist the only way to review these is to manually go into the checklist. It would be useful for a certain PM checklist item to trigger some type of alert of action needed.

v2.1.11.6 Enlarge default Report Filter window
The filter window must be resized in all reports to make selections and view the reports. This changed from v.2.0 to v2.1. The filter window should be sized to meet the needs of each report without user having to resize just to complete the filter requirements.

Report Filters - Entity Selection in numerical order
At some point, the Entity Selection window in all of the reports changed from numerical order to the order of the entities in the Entity Tree. It is much more difficult to find specific Entity numbers by scrolling. You can use the search tool to find a single specific number, but takes more time to find multiple entities. Scrolling and selecting is easier/faster than typing a number, selecting, typing another number, holding Ctrl, selecting, etc...

Fix Missing Detector Logs
Since v1.10, system is not receiving every detector sample period. Been through many upgrades hoping it would be resolved. Currently using v2.1.11.6 and in 24hrs, missing 22 of 96 sample periods. Can not use Traffic Responsive. Can not use any of the Detector reports/graphs/charts for official use or transportation planning purposes.

alert options
We have some alerts set to let us know after 5 minutes. We have the same alert to let us know if the same alert clears. The problem is we get several alerts that cleared, but the alerts were never sent to us since it cleared under 5 minutes. I would think there should be a flag, or logic command to only let us know alerts clear only after the same alert was set.

Provide autofill of customer information when Adding Ticket
In MMS Module, when adding ticket the phone number should be auto formatted (XXX) XXX-XXXX and stored in dataset so that customer name may be automatically filled. This provides for more efficient data entry.

Stop having close workorder button in centracs desktop app not go anywhere
When you click the close button on the ticket list, in the centracs desktop app, and key in the reason for closing, this information seems to go nowhere.

Phase Max Out
Pedestrian service shows a vehicle phase max-out (ped time > veh max time). Please display "P" instead of "M" in these cases.
