Enter time values using 4 digits without having to enter semicolons for manual/schedule commands events.
The time fields for manual/schedule events should be able to take a 4 digit time and automatically format the time value with a semicolon.

When printing intersection timing sheets have only the phases in use print. Or the option to only print the timings for phases in use.
Signal timing shets are a little confusing for some if they do not understand that not all channels are used. The ability to print or view timing sheets with only the phases in use will help clarify the existing timings at an intersection.

Centracs MMS Icon editor
Centracs MMS does have an extensive list of Icons, however the list is severely lacking when moving beyond the traffic world. For this product to be stand alone or City wide it needs to be all encompassing. Adding the ability to add custom icons and then categorize them for various City departments would be an exceptional step forward.

Be a better way to filter intersection out of the alert list.
I believe the only way to do this now is to add every intersection you have and leave out the one you dont want to get alerts from. it would be nice if that were the other way around.

When an alert has been "Acknowledged," input a time stamp along with the user whom acknowledged that alert.

Add the option to show split table in signal monitoring
I noticed when I access the Reports, Signal Reports, Split Monitor I have an option to show the split table by checking a box. Can this feature be added to the Monitor, Split Monitoring feature.

Add the ability to set a max to the amount of same alerts sent from centracs.
We are currently set up to receive email and text when a signal goes into flash and comes out of flash. One of the problems we have with that is sometimes a signal will go in and out of flash multiple times. Every time that happens we receive a notification. recently 2 of our signals had similar but slightly different problems. Signals 1 had a BIU issue that made the controller think the signal was going in and out of flash every 1 to 6 seconds even though the signal was not actually flashing. Which resulted in 461 notifications, which…

Add a label to the Vehicle Call (Square) in the map editior
There is no way to show what vehicle detector number is being called in the map editor. We have to overlay a label number to each detector for us to see what detector number is being called

remote restart of the controller
allow a remote restart of the controller in cases like upgrading Eos Firmware remotley and it changes the I/O mode thus setting the intersection to flash and requiring a site vist to restart the controller.

In the signal status display, explicitly show skipped phase
The “actual signal green time” is not updated since the last activation cycle when a signal phase is not activated for a cycle. It should show nothing or "-" if the phase of a cycle is skipped

Add imap protocol to email server type options.
Imap is common in Outlook and Exchange servers. Our municipality does not use POP. I was told by our IT dept. that POP is less secure.

Add more Manual Commands for ASC/3 & EOS...
The following are a good start: Run Action Plan or Event (on the controller), apply min recalls, apply max recalls, apply ped recalls, omit phases. There was a long list of Manual Commands available for OASIS many of which are not available in ASC/3.

Create a dedicated detector dialog for assessing whether detectors are functioning properly
Add the means to show a table of detectors with active actuation. Include last actuation time, any alarms or faults, and any other useful diagnostic information. Add the ability to set a call and recall.

Add ability in Centracs to report events from the DBL-MX UPS
The UPS will report lost contact, on battery, or AC power lost. This will give advance warning of power issues.
