Add a new map legend for Automatic Flash.
Currently, Automatic Flash shows up as the same flashing red icon as MMU Flash. It is helpful to see the difference on the map (for fire station signals that flash, for example). Even Pyramids had this feature :-).

The new Automatic Flash icon was added in Centracs version 2.0.15.
