    We leave a Datakey in each controller at the intersection for this reason. It works well with the controller automatically copying the database to the Datakey.

    If an external start command will get it running, you can apply it with the logic processor.

    This is easily achievable with the Logic Processor... IF CIB CODE ON 229 THEN CTR OMIT PED PHASE #. Be careful with deployments, however, because the police may not safely control pedestrian traffic.
