Allow the signal database editor to change the startup screen in an ASC/3 (MM 8-5).

Many of our customers change the start up screen to reflect the intersection location. To make the changes on the ASC/3 keypad is time consuming. The changes could be made much quicker using the PC keyboard and Centracs, then downloading the database to the ASC/3.

    This functionality is available in the ASC/3 Database Editor under the Configuration main tab, Logging/Display sub-tab.
