Add an "exclude" feature in the Scheduler.
Currently, you can't exclude individual signals that are grouped into larger regional entities. The only way to exclude an individual signal from a scheduled event is to add each intersection as an individual entity and omit the few you don't want to add, which would be very time consuming.

This was a good enhancement idea but at this time, development lacks sufficient resources to implement this in a reasonable time frame. Please see your support engineer about using groups to accomplish this task.
