Make trigger activated actions operable by time of day.
Triggered user alerts can be limited to certain times of day/day of week using the on-call scheduler. It would be helpful to have the same functionality for non-alert actions that are allowed to occur via triggers.
For example, you may only want to set a pattern or turn on a DMS via a trigger at certain times of day. Currently there's no way to do that.
