Look into Why you are not using NTCIP

Econolite Centracs currently supports communicating with supported controllers through the NTCIP protocol. To add unsupported controllers would require a level of custom work that would be outside the scope of a UserVoice idea.
Please discuss this with product management if custom development is a route you would like to take.
