Make Centracs Reports work in Canada
Currently, if the Windows Region is set to English (Canada), creating a report will 'crash' Centracs causing it to close. The issue is likely due to the date format being different by default. Setting the PC to English (US) allows reports to work but in my organization the region is reset at each reboot.
