add the ability to attach and edit Excel documents and save/update existing excel documents
When we try to attach an excel document and then change that saved document or update it, the document is not saved properly. for some reason the original saved document calls its self a temp~file and is saved in another location.

Econolite has decided against the implementation of this idea. While we appreciate the suggestion, we do not feel it coincides with the long term vision for the product.
The original idea behind attaching documents to an intersection was to allow users the ability to upload a static document for reference. Altering the document and saving through Centracs was never the objective.
