Add "Green Band" icons in Intersection Display by phase
Now that the EOS controller can display the Green bands on the coordinated phases, I request that Centracs be updated to display the same information in the intersection and section and map displays.

Being able to see when the green band is actually in effect and compare it to a real-time time-space analysis would be beneficial to analyzing phase allocation requirements.
