Allow the parsing of an XML file for inputs used in Action Sets.
For example, Centracs would monitor an XML feed from the National Weather Service (https://alerts.weather.gov/) to apply Manual Commands in response to certain weather advisories. Changing timing plans or applying phase recalls during snow, fog, etc. would be a very powerful feature.

More right click options for the map and entity tree
Adding copy, paste and move options in the map and entity tree. Copying an intersection without going into the Signal Editor would be helpful when using a temp signal or downloading a new controller in the shop.

remote restart of the controller
allow a remote restart of the controller in cases like upgrading Eos Firmware remotley and it changes the I/O mode thus setting the intersection to flash and requiring a site vist to restart the controller.

Allow distance between intersections be pulled into time space field.
Instead of having to manually measure with a third party app, Centracs should be able to populate the distance between intersections based off the map data when we add an intersection. Then we you add those intersections into a time space option can fill in that value.

Phase Max Out
Pedestrian service shows a vehicle phase max-out (ped time > veh max time). Please display "P" instead of "M" in these cases.

Stop having close workorder button in centracs desktop app not go anywhere
When you click the close button on the ticket list, in the centracs desktop app, and key in the reason for closing, this information seems to go nowhere.

Drop down menu in Signal Status Display
Have the same drop down menu that is in the Entity tree for a signal be available in the Signal Status Display.

Allow custom tile provider
Allow end user to provide url for tile service..ex https://agency.local/${z}/${x}/${y}.png instead of the precanned providers such as google,bing and openstreetmaps. This would allow for greater flexability incase any of those providers are down and even allow for the agency to create there own offline tile service which is not dependent on internet access.

Show pedestrian countdown timers on status screen
Show running ped countdown for each ped signal. Useful when running lead-lag patterns.

Implement the ability to move signals within the Sections using the mouse instead of clicking the arrows.
With over a 100 signals in some Sections and you have to move the Signal by hitting the up and down arrow key is slow, frustrating, time consuming, and carpel tunnel inducing. Please allow us drag and move signals to the appropriate spots.

Add Suitcase display to front panel
On the EOS web interface, there is a live suitcase view of active input/outputs. Being able to turn this on and off in centracs would be a welcome feature.

Allow multiple Jurisdiction permissions per user
The ability to assign permissions based on multiple jurisdictions. example our server runs both Regional and City signals, City users should and need to only have access to City signals but Admins should be able to edit and access both Region and City signals without having a separate login (as it currently sits)

Enhance the alert list
Add more detail to the information found in the alert lists to assist with troubleshooting. For example, when receiving Comm Failure notifications, it would be handy to know at a glance how far below the threshold the comm status dropped and for how long it lasted.

Alert list process should be user based and not System base
All users may use different alerts for notifications tracking. but when multiple people are using the same alert list and 1 person "closes all" for whatever reason. Another user(s) will not have a accurate view of the list they are trying to monitor. Each user should be able to only clear whats on their screen and not have it affect all other users screen.

Allow fields in PM Checklists to trigger alerts.
When techs make a comment or do/don't check boxes in a PM checklist the only way to review these is to manually go into the checklist. It would be useful for a certain PM checklist item to trigger some type of alert of action needed.

v2.1.11.6 Enlarge default Report Filter window
The filter window must be resized in all reports to make selections and view the reports. This changed from v.2.0 to v2.1. The filter window should be sized to meet the needs of each report without user having to resize just to complete the filter requirements.
