  2. allow Cobalt users to use COB codes to control field outputs. This restores former flexibility of the Asc3.

    I'd like to add something else to this. It would be a huge benefit to be able to select which entities or groups to purge.

    Currently, we are logging comm statistics for the whole city (~600 intersections). Realistically we are only required to keep the comm statistics logs for 30 intersections (LRT). Keeping the rest is taking up a huge amount of space.

    Would be nice to be able to choose either what to log or what to purge or both.
