add the ability to full control on all functions of site controllers like (stop time, local flash, reset , GPRS communication, ........ect)

Econolite has decided against the implementation of this idea. While we appreciate the suggestion, we do not feel it coincides with the long term vision for the product. Thank you for the submission and please do not be discouraged in suggesting new ideas.

As a workaround, you can implement control of these functions by tying them to Special Functions with the Logic Processor.
