Allow exception / holiday days to be used in the scheduler as the active days.
Instead of having a scheduled event NOT run during exception/holiday days, I need the scheduled event to run on those days. Since users can group multiple days in the Exception/Holiday days event, it would be useful to be able to create and activate events during the holidays. Example: If a user creates an exception event for all fixed holidays during the year, it would be useful to be able to use that exception event for calling special patterns for those days with one scheduled event, instead of programming one for each holiday.

When using search bar in the entity tree, populate the query as you type and not wait until the entire string is entered
When using the search function, it would be nice to have results show up when you enter in portions of the name of the intersection you are searching for. Some of the intersections we have rather long names.

Savable Print Templates
When printing make all the check box selections savable to a template. This would allow an user to selct that print template when printing timing sheets and not have to go through all the selections every time. EX: I could make a "3 timing plan, 8 phase, no overlap" template and use that when printing normal 8-phase quad intersections.

Allow Trafficcast's Bluetoad to display travel time as a function of the average of the last 12 similar days, just like their website doe
Travel time compared to last 12 average days is more powerful to traffic operations than speed vs speed limit when dealing with cooridor that frequently run below speed limit. The data is available on Trafficcast's website.

color code the interesections that have failed communication in the Communication Statistics Report
similar to the way the Hourly Communication Statistics report is formatted.

Centracs MMS Icon editor
Centracs MMS does have an extensive list of Icons, however the list is severely lacking when moving beyond the traffic world. For this product to be stand alone or City wide it needs to be all encompassing. Adding the ability to add custom icons and then categorize them for various City departments would be an exceptional step forward.

Add Font controls to Notes
Add font control to Notes, currently with the two themes the notes are either light grey on the light theme or dark grey with the dark theme. Notes made in one theme then viewed by users in another have poor visability to read them. Users currently have to copy and paste into Word to do highlights, change color, underline, or Bold then copy and paste back into notes to get the desired note. Include scripting to check a users theme and invert Note font colors if nessisary.

In the Split Monitor Report's split table, it would be nice if the split text or cell would stand out when the actual split meets or exceeds the programmed split.

Keep open container dialogs in front
So that an intersection can be opened from the entitiy tree or map without hiding all already open container dialogs behind Centracs homescreen view.

Provide autofill of customer information when Adding Ticket
In MMS Module, when adding ticket the phone number should be auto formatted (XXX) XXX-XXXX and stored in dataset so that customer name may be automatically filled. This provides for more efficient data entry.

Add the option to show split table in signal monitoring
I noticed when I access the Reports, Signal Reports, Split Monitor I have an option to show the split table by checking a box. Can this feature be added to the Monitor, Split Monitoring feature.

When printing intersection timing sheets have only the phases in use print. Or the option to only print the timings for phases in use.
Signal timing shets are a little confusing for some if they do not understand that not all channels are used. The ability to print or view timing sheets with only the phases in use will help clarify the existing timings at an intersection.

Enter time values using 4 digits without having to enter semicolons for manual/schedule commands events.
The time fields for manual/schedule events should be able to take a 4 digit time and automatically format the time value with a semicolon.

Allow scripts for Alerts & Events
Our intersections have Gridsmart detectors, these use fisheye cameras and Gridsmart has an extensive library of APIs that can be called with a simple powershell script. I'd like to be able to have a cabinet door opened event trigger a script that will download the current view from the cameras at the intersection.
I feel a script feature would be useful for many other applications to, allowing for certain events to trigger other outside actions.

Restrict signal editor merge feature from merging certain values
Customer requests that the database editor merge feature be restricted from merging sensitive data such as Communications.
