  1. Bug??

    ever since upgrading to 2.0 the Central database has had different data than what is in the field. The central data has Hardware alt seq checked, Ped clr checked, and inserts random Flash timing, usually at 177sec. and all red timing at 170 sec. also has errors in the detector area. I have scheduled a city wide database upload and save every friday morning at 2 a.m. but this does not clear the errors.the only way that i have found is to do a manual upload and save.

  2. Make Centracs Reports work in Canada

    Currently, if the Windows Region is set to English (Canada), creating a report will 'crash' Centracs causing it to close. The issue is likely due to the date format being different by default. Setting the PC to English (US) allows reports to work but in my organization the region is reset at each reboot.

    Dear Customer,

    We’ve added this problem report to our Test Track system. The PR number is 28745. Please use this number when talking to your support engineer about scheduling for a fix.

    While we appreciate all feedback, please be mindful that we prefer to keep UserVoice free of defect reporting. The original idea for this forum was to create another channel for new ideas and enhancements to reach Econolite. Thanks for your help.

  3. Signal status window doesn't recognize a Timing Plan 2 running a different Max time?

    We switch to Timing Plan 2 periodically to allow different max times, etc - the signal status window always shows max times programmed from timing plan 1

    Econolite deems this to be a problem in the software and not an enhancement. We are going to remove this idea but we have added a Test Track Problem Report for it in our system. The PR number is 29115 and will be scheduled for a release. Please ask your Support Engineer for further details. Thank you for your contribution to Econolite Uservoice.

  4. Allow the signal database editor to change the startup screen in an ASC/3 (MM 8-5).

    Many of our customers change the start up screen to reflect the intersection location. To make the changes on the ASC/3 keypad is time consuming. The changes could be made much quicker using the PC keyboard and Centracs, then downloading the database to the ASC/3.

    This functionality is in the ASC/3 Database Editor. Please see the Configuration main tab, Logging/Display sub-tab.

    Due to the large scope of such a request, Econolite does not have the necessary resources at present to complete this task in a timely manner.

  6. Create an Alerts App

    Make an app that receives Centracs Alerts. The app should allow for sorting, filtering, and other operations like Ack and Close.

  7. Clear LP Sequence

    I can't count the number of times I've deleted LP's I didn't intend. The "Clear LP Sequence" window is counter-intuitive, at least to me it is. The first field is "Starting Sequence #". The obvious assumption is the second field is "Ending Sequence #" If the assumption is made you will wipe out many an LP. Suggest changing the second field from "Total # of statements" to "Ending Sequence #". Thanks.

    Add a means to set a schedule entry to delete when the recurrence duration is complete.

  10. Be able to launch a shared report from the Map in Centracs via an icon or under the entity tree

    Be able to launch a shared report from the Map in Centracs via an icon or under the entity tree. Currently the shared reports are a list under the menu and for power users may start to get long. Be able to add to the entity tree or map would allow for better organization and searching.

  11. Add capability to use proxy servers within Centracs Client

    Since Centracs is not able to point its traffic request through the proxy server it is unable to retrieve URLs, web maps, etc. The request is to make Centracs proxy aware.

    Further communication with originator of this request has revealed that Centracs does work correctly with proxy servers.
